Five students from Tresham College are ready to step up on to the next stage towards careers in performing arts.

They include Liem Green, (pictured), 18, from Wellingborough, who has been offered a place at the MetFilm School which has links with many modern film and TV platforms such as Netflix and is based within the old Ealing Studios, from which appeared some classic movies.

He said the course at Tresham College was “brilliant” and is looking forward to the many opportunities which await him in the world of TV and film.

Lecturer Kim Laughton said: “We are incredibly proud of all our students; they have been professional and adaptable throughout these scary times.

“They have had to learn very quickly how to audition via self-tapes and we are delighted they have been offered places at these top drama and dance schools.

“It is testament to their dedication and talent and we wish them all the very best of luck in their future endeavours.

“They join a long list of Tresham College performing arts students who have gone on to study at fantastic places including: Italia Conti; RADA; ArtsEd; East 15; Academy of Contemporary Music; Performers College; MADD College; and London College of Music.”
